We’re kicking off with 🇮🇹Serie A, followed by 🇪🇸La Liga, 🇫🇷Ligue 1, 🇩🇪Bundesliga and 🏴Premier League. Just a quick reminder, this isn’t about names you already know, but about the ones who could really make a difference on the pitch.
Okay, let’s go. 🍿
🇳🇱 Noa Lang → Psv Eindhoven to Napoli 25 million € 💶
There’s no doubt, this season will be more challenging for the defending champions. Rivals have strengthened, expectations are high, and unlike last year, the Champions League is back on the calendar. Antonio Conte sees what’s coming and is making the necessary moves. While most eyes are on the De Bruyne–McTominay tandem, it’s easy to overlook Noa Lang, who might quietly be one of the smartest pieces in Conte’s new puzzle. He’s expected to bring dynamism and creativity down the left, filling the gap left by Kvaratskhelia’s January departure.
Lang’s 2024/25 season at PSV Eindhoven was electric: 11 goals, 10 assists, and leading the league in both shot-ending and goal-ending carries. His total season Goals - XG (Goals minus Expected Goals) is +5.6, which proves that he is a monster of overperformance. Last season, Psv Eindhoven overturned a nine-point gap to grab the Eredivisie title from Ajax, and Noa Lang played a massive role in that comeback.
Looking at his last 365 days across the big five leagues (plus UCL/UEL), Lang ranks:
🔹 96th percentile for progressive carries (6.47 per 90)
🔹 88th percentile for shot-creating actions (5.15 per 90)
🔹 87th percentile for progressive passes (5.94 per 90)
His dribbling ability, chance creation, and progressive carries are allimpressive. In Conte’s system, Lang might not be the star, but he could be the one who gets the job done.

🇩🇪 Nicolas-Gerrit Kühn → Celtic to Como 19.00 million € 💶
As we say in Turkish, “Every warrior eats their yogurt differently.” Como’s approach is a masterclass in strategic planning and long-term vision. Seeing their transfers fit into a bigger strategy is almost as interesting as their football on the pitch. There’s a solid plan behind what they’re building and currently, they’re executing it better than most teams.
In fact, they have proven this with every transfer they’ve made so far. The team's summer signings include Jesús Rodríguez, Martin Baturina, Jayden Addai, Máximo Perrone, Álex Valle, Jacobo Ramón, and Nicolas Kühn, the team’s second-most expensive signing this transfer window. If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll probably remember how much we enjoyed diving into Nico Paz and Assane Diao’s performances last season. Now it’s time to meet some fresh faces.
Nicolas Kühn joined Celtic from Rapid Wien just 18 months ago, and made an impression with his confidence and impact both in the Scottish Premiership and the Champions League. He was one of the key players in Brendan Rodgers’ attacking formation at Celtic. A left-footed winger playing on the right, he prefers cutting inside rather than hugging the touchline. He’s quick, technical, and has a fearless attitude on the pitch. Brendan Rodgers used him as a key player for transition play and creating space in tight games and against compact defences.
Over the past 365 days across the big five leagues + UCL/UEL, Kühn ranks: 94th percentile for tackles (2.18 per 90) and xAG (expected assisted goals): 0.32 per 90. Last season, he scored 21 goals in the Scottish Premier League in 2024-25 season. He’ll be competing for a starting spot with another promising signing, Jayden Addai, but Kühn currently seems a bit closer to the first team simply due to his maturity and tactical awareness. Watching them both rotate through the lineup should be pretty exciting, so get used to hearing his name, it’ll come up a lot this season.

🇪🇸 Jesus Rodriguez → Betis to Como 22.50 million € 💶
Here is the most expensive transfer in the history of Como: Jesús Rodríguez Caraballo. The 19-year-old Spanish winger joined Como from Real Betis for a base fee of €22.5 million, with potential add-ons of up to €6 million based on performance criteria. Half of these add-ons are considered achievable, which could raise the total transfer value to €28.5 million.
Rodríguez is a quick, technical winger with a direct playing style and excellent one-to-one ability. He likes to cut inside, and his explosive acceleration and dribbling make him a nightmare for defences. Stylistically, he feels like a perfect fit for Como’s football philosophy.
Further, beyond the record fee, head coach Cesc Fàbregas sums it up quite well:
"He has a natural talent for breaking lines and overpowering defenders. As with everything here, it's not just talent that counts – it's character too. We're a family, a team that presses, dominates possession, and thinks forward. Jesús already has top-level experience for his young age, and I'm really looking forward to working with him."
After signing Assane Diao in January, this is the second exciting winger which Como have acquired from Real Betis in just six months. As Fàbregas' mentor, Rodriguez appears ready to explode next season. His preseason appearance against Ajax, where he delivered an assist to Baturina and won a penalty, showed clear signs of what’s to come. A realistic target for 2025/26 is 8–10 goals and 5+ assists. If he keeps progressing at this level, a senior Spain call-up might not be far away. Definitely one to watch this season.

🇧🇷 Luis Henrique → Marseille to Inter 23 million € 💶
Inter are beginning a new chapter under Christian Chivu, following the departure of Simone Inzaghi. The squad rebuild has been started already, with new signings like Ange-Yoan Bonny, Petar Sučić, Nicola Zalewski, and Luis Henrique. Among them, Luis Henrique’s transfer came with an interesting backstory. Bayern Munich monitored Henrique closely last season. Vincent Kompany and sporting director Christoph Freund were even spotted watching him live at the Vélodrome at a game between Marseille vs Paris Saint Germain. But ultimately opted for a different player profile with the signing of Luis Díaz allowing Inter to move fast and complete the transfer.
Henrique had a solid season at Marseille: leading the team with most assists (7) and 59 chances created, 101 dribbles attempted, second in the squad behind Mason Greenwood. In the last 12 months competing in the Big Five leagues plus UCL and UEL, Luis Henrique ranks (vs fullbacks):
🔹 98th percentile for progressive passes received (9.64 per 90)
🔹 96th percentile for successful take-ons (1.76 per 90)
🔹 86th percentile for progressive carries (2.89 per 90)
🔹 81st percentile for progressive passes (4.93 per 90)
🔹 96th percentile for shot-creating actions (3.62 per 90)
Inter’s 3-5-2 feels tailor-made for Luis Henrique. His potential duel for the right-wing role with Denzel Dumfries could lead to exactly the kind of healthy competition that drives the team forward. He combines athleticism, flair, and explosive acceleration which is exactly what Inter need to add more unpredictability into their attacking play. He is technically gifted, dangerous in space, and a constant threat in the final third with his ability to take on defenders one-on-one. With the right momentum, Luis Henrique could easily be one of the most impactful players in Serie A this year.

🇨🇦 Jonathan David → Lille to Juventus Free Agent
After the underwhelming Dusan Vlahović experience and a short-term patch-up with Kolo Muani, Juve finally completed a forward signing that can actually deliver what Juve have been missing. Free agent, smart deal, big upside. Simple as that. Igor Tudor described David Jonathan as “the goalscorer we’ve missed since Higuaín” and it’s hard to disagree. At 25, David is just beginning his prime with over 100 goals at Lille and consistent European experience under his belt. He brings more than just goals: a calm killer in the box with intelligent movement, physical presence, and the versatility to drop deep, link play, or exploit defences.
Tactically? He’s flexible. Comfortable leading the line, but does well just behind a striker in a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1. Juventus are shifting toward a more dynamic, transitional attacking style and David’s fluid game matches perfectly. This wasn’t a bidding war; Juventus won, PSG, Inter, Napoli, and even Al-Nassr expressed interest. But Juve moved smart, and got their man.
📊 87 goals in 178 games at Lille
⚔️ Top-tier European experience
🎯 One of Ligue 1’s most consistent finishers
If he quickly adapts to Serie A’s style of play and stays fit, get ready, the Iceman is about to chill the league.

🎯 Next Gen: U18 Picks
The names you’ll want to know before they become big in Serie A. Mentioning their names at the right dinner table might just earn you a reputation.
🇮🇹 Alessandro Nunziante → Benevento to Udinese 1.50 million € 💶
Udinese knows how to develop top-quality goalkeepers, Meret, Vicario, and Provedel are proof of this. Now, they might have found their next gem. At just 17 and 1.95m tall, Nunziante has the calm of an seasoned pro. He made his professional debut in the Coppa Italia Serie C at just 16, and by 17, he was a regular starter. In the 2024–25 season, he appeared in 32 Serie C matches for Benevento and kept 9 clean sheets.
Juventus monitored him closely. Their initial plan was to sign him early and leave him on loan at Benevento for further development. However, Udinese acted quickly and closed the deal. Nunziante is calm on the ball with confident distribution, but it’s his timing and presence in the box that really shine. It takes goalkeepers naturally some time to mature, so he's already ahead of schedule. He has the skills, the mentality, and now, the right environment to develop.
🇮🇹 Francesco Camarda → Ac Milan to Lecce - Loan
One of AC Milan’s most promising academy talents, Francesco Camarda gained attention by debuting in Serie A and the Champions League at a record-breaking young age. At just 15 years and 260 days, Camarda became Serie A's youngest debutant, and at 16 years and 226 days, the youngest Italian to play in the Champions League. He also won the UEFA 2024 European U-17 Championship with Italy and was named as the player of the tournament. The tournament included young talents such as Mihajlo Cvetkovic, Lucas Mora, Harry John Amass, and Chidozie Obi-Martin.
Camarda is versatile and dynamic striker, he plays as a classic No.9 combining strong link-up play, intelligent positioning, and clinical finishing to mark himself as an elite forward prospect. He’s comfortable with both feet, capable of powerful shots and dangerous headers, showing the ability to score from various angles. 1.89m tall with an athletic physique, Camarda has shown incredible power for his age, particularly aerial dominance against defenders.
The transfer deal includes an option for Lecce to purchase Camarda permanently, and a buy-back clause for AC Milan. It will be interesting to follow both his loan contract and his journey. One thing is clear, Camarda is one of the brightest talents in Europe and if he completes his physical development and maintains consistency in Serie A, he could position himself as one of Europe’s elite strikers within 2-3 years.
🇮🇹 🇳🇬 Honest Ahanor → Genoa to Atalanta 17 million € 💶
Honest Ahanor fits the Atalanta profile very much, technically gifted, tactically flexible, and tenacious in possession. He is good at dribbling, taking on players in 1v1, and carrying the ball with confidence. Born and raised in Italy but of Nigerian descent (he holds dual citizenship), he’s shining as a left-back, though he actually came through Genoa’s youth academy as a centre-back.
Technically capable, he’ll need some time to fully adapt to Atalanta’s high-intensity playing style, but the fundamentals are already there. If Ahanor sharpens his defensive discipline and continues to improve on the ball, he has all the skills needed to evolve into a modern, attack-minded full-back similar in style to that of Theo Hernández. We’ll be keeping a close eye on his development.
That’s it for now, next stop: Spain. See you soon. 🇪🇸
